Vodafone Design Studio

I spent two years at Vodafone as a Senior Product Designer/Campaign Lead, working on two major projects.

The first was the "Velocity" project, a tool designed for Sales Representatives. Leading my team, we aimed to redesign Vodafone's quote-making system to streamline the process for sales professionals. We identified inefficiencies that slowed down quote generation—a critical issue in a fast-paced business environment where speed directly impacts deal closures.

A major challenge was the calculation process and price thresholds. Sales managers needed quick, accurate quotes, so our first step was mapping the price calculation flow to fully understand its mechanics. Collaborating with business analysts, we developed an optimized flow with a more precise and tighter calculation threshold. Once we gained approval from business stakeholders, we designed a new interface, carefully structuring data to enhance usability and clarity.

With the new, intuitive platform, the quote-creation time was reduced from five minutes to under two minutes, significantly boosting efficiency. This improvement empowered sales reps to send out more quote plans, leading to higher deal closures and increased revenue.

After completing Velocity, I joined the Vodafone Design Studio, where I worked on experimental concepts for Vodafone's design system. As part of a team selected from across Vodafone companies, our mission was to push creative boundaries and develop innovative ideas for the next generation of the My Vodafone application.
Since Vodafone DS operates under strict NDA, I can't share wireframes—but the experience of working on cutting-edge design solutions was invaluable.
